The Truth About Mormon Beliefs and Mormonism
There is no doubt that Joseph Smith certainly laid the foundation for the Mormon religion. Many of the guidelines as far as the beliefs go is that the Mormons are to be constantly seeking out the word of God in respect to the truthfulness of the book of Mormon. They are told that the positive response to this would be a burning in their bosom. It would appear that most Mormons really don’t study their book or really know all that much about the contents of it. There are indications that this religion is certainly against everything that Christianity as we know it as for what it stands for. To begin with they believed that at one point in time God was a man .They believe according to their doctrine if they have lived a good life then one day they will become gods and will be in charge of their own heaven.
The next fallacy is that God the Father had many wives and that he is still alive and bearing spiritual children . Then there is a belief that Jesus was a spirit brother to Satan. They go on to believe that individuals who have black skin are inferior. That certainly brings to mind the Freemasons once again. It is believed by the Mormons that those that didn’t fight for God came back to earth as a black. It has only been in the last little while that blacks were allowed to become priests within the Mormon religion .
They believe that everyone is saved by grace provided they have done everything they possibly can to live within the Mormon doctrine or have just failed a very few of the Mormon beliefs. Yet again it becomes almost a confusing type of religion because it would seem that no one has a strict foundation doctrine. If you were to start off asking five different Mormons what they believe you will never get the same answer. Again this is like the Freemasons.
Because the Mormons are very zealous in their recruitment by way of being missionaries there are many individuals that are added to the congregation that are unknowing just what they are getting into. Amongst their beliefs is also the fact that they must give generously according to their means of which is typing. Now this isn’t something that is just unique to the Mormons as many religions stand by this as well. It’s just a matter of how far to the Mormons take it.
When one looks at the many similarities to the Mormons and the Freemasons it makes one wonder if the Mormons is actually a spin off of the Freemasons. It stands to reason that this is denied as the Freemasons deny affiliation with any other sector, as so do the Mormons.
Now you can uncover documents missing for over a hundred years about the mormon religion. These scriptures are previously only available to the highest members of the mormon church. Visit SecretsofMormons now.
No commentsReincarnation And Past Life Regression
They say, only twenty five percent of people believe that reincarnation exists. This does not prove it does not exist. Have you ever felt inclined towards or perhaps realized you had the ability (talent) for something and wondered where that talent came from? You are, I am sure, what I am referring to. In our daily lives we sometimes feel a strong connection to something and can think of no reason for it. It could, perhaps, have been something in your past life that was important to you.
Unfortunately many people overlook this possibility or ignore the validity of it and by doing so miss the opportunity to truly grow as a person and find out who they are today and why. What you don’t realize is that by not getting in touch with past lives you could very well be hindering your own success and personal achievement.
Research into past life regression has been done extensively and is now used to help the emotionally disturbed and is considered to be a very powerful tool.
The benefit of clearing and healing of trauma is very common with life regression. When it comes to trauma we have two choices, either face it head on or try to change it. As we talk of confronting trauma or of life regression the option of rescuing the past and helping the individual to continue to move on and bring trauma into a position to be viewed by a higher self, as a whole.
Contacting our creative sides is possible with the help of past life regression. Without exception, everyone is imbued with many talents and abilities which can help with guiding them in making choices and dealing with situations that they experience throughout their life. Going back into past lives with life regression makes it possible to bring these abilities forward to use as a inner guide.
A transgression of a past life can be rewritten with help from past life regression. Karma means whatever you do ‘good or bad’ will come back to you otherwise commonly known as ‘what goes around, comes around’. If another individual happens to be involved in a contract or promise or agreement, in a past life and you want to change it or be free of it you have to back into the past life when this agreement took place. Using your inner guide to help you, you can go back and decide to make atonement for this agreement or to see if it can be changed to help with your present situation.
There is also the most significant benefit for going through past life regression and that is grounding and affirming ones self.
It is not uncommon for people who go through past life regression to feel more grounded, more aware of who they are as a person. This is due to the fact that they now know why they have certain characteristics, talents, connections, desires and passions. Having the information that explains why enables them to embrace who they are as a person and live a more complete balanced life.
You can ask the experts in the field. They agree that if a person truly wants to enhance or improve their life then they need to practice past life regression. Past life regression will help you remember the lives you have had so that you can live a more fulfilled life this time.
You think you experience feelings of simple figments of imagination, but a catharsis will begin, opening your mind, breaking down barriers that are blocking your achievement efforts giving you the ability to achieve everything you want in your life.
To briefly recap the benefits of life regression include dealing with traumatic events from the past so that we can move forward in the present life. By dealing with issues from the past we are better equipped to make better decisions today because we can use the experiences we have had in the past.
Knowing the history of past lives enables you to avoid the same mistakes in the present. It is a truth of your personal life and also world wide. Knowledge of any wrong doings in the past and having possibly paid the price can help you change and improve your present life for the better.
The most important of all the benefits of past life regression though is the fact that you will have a better understanding of who you are today and why you are that person. This means that you can live a more complete and balanced life where you are able to live to your fullest potential, taking advantage of the talents and skills you didnt even know you had.

No commentsThe Process Of Effective Giving
A new experiment is completely changing lives in the rural areas of India by bringing luminosity where there used to be darkness.
An article was published in The New York Times named, “Husk Power for India”. Current, which is routinely available in the lives of most in industrialized nations, is an unimaginable luxury in out-of-the-way corners of emerging countries. What was once fodder for cattle is now used to produce current – rice husks.
Being brought up in the pastoral Bihar State, Manoj Sinha knew what it was like to be without light at night. Being an engineer with Intel Corporation he had all the competence to bring a lifelong idea to fruition. He led the creation of his power generation equipment from rice husks and other wastes from farms and now he sells power to rural areas across India.
Sinha is what could be called a social entrepreneur because he feels business is a solution to key social issues. “Business leaders must realise that the world’s poor need investments more than handouts,” he says, adding, “these are customers, not victims.”
The article motivated me to think about offering things in a different way that made me ask myself, “what is the most perfect form of giving?” Is it edification, commerce or disaster aid? There are so many ways to create a difference. One way of giving can seem more productive or practical than other ways depending on the way it is given expression, viewed or put into practice.
I then came to define there were eight parts to giving as a way to look at this. So, let me map out the eight distinctions; which in effect are often ’stages’ of giving as well.
Phase one: Exigency – salvaging and helping others who are suffering due to natural calamities, epidemic diseases or other insurmountable problems.
Stage two: Reprieve – providing reprieve from long-standing malnutrition, penury, illnesses, handicaps or inequity which otherwise would prolong or get worsened because of the lack of perception, edification or resources.
Stage three: Healing and protection – mentally, physically and emotionally. Many people carry traumas that may be invisible but severely limiting their lives. Giving the healing to release the deep-rooted pain creates more opportunities for them while giving suitable protection gives them a sense of security.
Stage four: Education – giving better education, information and skill training to create empowered and creative solutions to resource generation while supporting individuals to discover their unique talent to thrive.
Phase five: Innovative investment – giving a helping hand, cash or material to those who have the ability to make a change. This gets weighed many times as the materials increase and is passed on to several others who again create more out of the chances given.
Stage six: Sustainability – working together involving the people in the local environment, creating sustainable community – environmentally and socially.
Stage seven: Empowerment – sanctioning and influencing the people to set free their true capability and drive to make a difference. In this group of offering, the aim of offering changes from ‘giving to those who are in need’ to ‘giving people an opening to give to others’ and to the whole group.
Phase eight: Caring – just doing whatever we want to do to cherish and care for others. No tactic or expected result exists in this phase of giving. ‘Giving’ does not even exist here in the conventional sense of the word, as there is no sense of ownership or reasoning or yearning to alter anything. This is where we do not even have to worry about anything, we give as a part of our own delightful sense of being.
What we also see is that at each of these eight phases of sharing there are many things that the giver gets in return.
One: Sense of connection
Two: Sense of well being
Three: respite from hurt (our own)
Four: Thankfulness for our own ideas, gifts and conditions
Five: Long-term sense of contribution and satisfaction for our own life
Six: Improved atmosphere for our own life and for the lives of all those we value and cherish
Seven: Soul gratifying encouragement and devotion to our own purpose
Eight: Affection
Sharing has many stages and sensations based upon the donor and getter. And the ‘phases’ do not detail which one is of more importance than the other. All are mandatory.
I was fortunate to have an experience early in 2008 while travelling with a group of dedicated businessmen through India to see how we could be more useful in our giving. I was blessed to have one exceptional happening that made me think about what ‘effectual giving’ actually meant.
We were in a small town one day. Four of us had just called a taxi to take us to another town in the vicinities. We bargained with the driver with care as our hotel staff had told us beforehand that we could be duped since we were not local.
We chose to stop in front of the local train station for a short interval en route to the town. While the others went to use restrooms, I struck up a conversation with the driver of the taxi, standing nearby. With his limited English vocabulary and a smiling face that showed his black front teeth to advantage, he told me that he lived in the outskirts of the town and that he had a young wife and two kids who attended the local school – I began to feel a relationship with him.
I appreciated the fact of his having such a wonderful family and told him that I too had two little ones of almost the same ages as his. When the others were back the driver suddenly invited us to come to his house and have lunch. I took it only as a formality that was customary courtesy. But after taking us to the town center and leaving us there, he told us that he would wait for us until all our wandering in the town was over. And he really did. I was actually quite astonished to see him still remaining glued to the side of the road next to his taxi more than one hour later. We got into the taxi and he drove fast up the road to where he had his family.
When we reached there we were really quite taken aback to see how he was living. It was more or less similar (if not worse) to the standard of people dwelling in slums we had visited before. From the gleaming new taxi he was driving, who could have thought this
As the car turned into the narrow unsealed road between the hut-like houses that were constructed with crudely made concrete blocks and painted mud walls, we felt contrite about having agreed to his invitation. For a brief moment I felt mortified. “How could I have exploited the generosity of a man who didn’t seem to have anything and I didn’t even get any edible stuff or presents for his family”, I thought.
As we went inside his house, we saw a vessel and a small stove on the floor. His timid young wife raised her head in surprise and withdrew into the small store room (a cupboard size) adjacent to it. As I took in the scene, I saw the neighbours residing next door giving her a few cups across the broken down concrete fence. The young couple did not even have sufficient teacups in their house. There was a single room fitted with one single bed and a pretty old galvanised box near it.
The driver hastily drew out three hand-woven mats from the trunk and spread them out on whatever little space there was on the mud floor and put one on the bed.
Hot cups of tea came pretty fast and so did some snacks. His kids as well as all the little ones in the neighbourhood came to see us and stood around near the door. All six of us were totally wedged into the small room. I asked him with surprise where all his children slept. I thought they might be having another space somewhere. To my utter surprise, he pointed the chest and happily said that it was their sleeping space.
He happily told us that he was an amateur dancer in the town and showed us some plaques on the sill above the bed. Enthusiastic to show us his dancing proficiency, he ran outside all at once. From somewhere music came flowing into the tiny room. He had no apparatus for music within the house, it was coming from outside. Surprised, I looked around to see him reversing his vehicle towards the back of his house keeping the doors open with the radio of the car blaring forth!
With his dancing and the cups of tea his wife produced, time moved quickly and it was soon time to thank them for their wonderful hospitality and proceed on our way. As we got up to leave and give our thanks to him and his wife, he took the best of the rugs he had, rolled it and gave it to us. It was practically one of the handfuls of good things he had. It was difficult to comprehend the enormity of the gesture.
We all politely declined his gift and walked out saying goodbye to all the people waving at us. We got confused about this whole thing. Should we have given some money to the family as their life obviously looked very limited? Should we have accepted his prized gift?
As I was thinking about this soul-lifting happening a few days afterwards, I was wondering about refusing his gift. He looked quite dejected that we didn’t agree to take the gift. It wasn’t only the fact of declining the gift that crossed my mind.
I realised that the feeling of restlessness I felt was in reality the result of seeing him as less privileged. I was feeling that I couldn’t probably receive anything from someone who owned too little.
But did he really have so little? Maybe he had more – a lot more.
Maybe the real present we could have given him then was to receive his present in utmost deference and thankfulness.
All acts of giving and receiving are necessary for us to fill our world with abundance and fulfillment equally for both giver and receiver. We can start doing this instead of judging and justifying one over another. The pure act of giving and receiving requires no further explanation.
Manoj Sinha’s words resound in my mind once again, “these are customers, not victims.” I can visualise the eager faces of the village people who are now thrilled to have current in their hamlets and their little ones who now can now read and write and learn even at night.

No commentsThe Power Of Lucid Dreams
Lucid dreams are dreams you are having, but you are aware that they are dreams and can actually control them. You are aware of every move you make, and the things you say. You decide where you want to go, what you want to do, what you want to say and who you want to be with.
There are no limits to what you can experience through lucid dreams. You can be the star of a romantic fantasy novel, or high action adventure, you can control the outcome or change the endings to what makes you happiest.
While normal dreams are uncontrollable and completely dependent on the realms of the subconscious, lucid dreams are completely controllable. There are times when lucid dreams become so vivid and so genuine that you may need to even make sure that you are dreaming!
One simple test is to try reading something. In a dream the words you see will keep changing, making it impossible to read properly. This is a sure sign that you really are having a lucid dream.
There are times that you like someone and want to be with someone. However, it might not be possible in reality but it is definitely possible in a lucid dream. You can even date and marry a Hollywood star in a lucid dream.
As soon as you realize you are dreaming start to change it, so that what you want to happen does. For example, imagine you are with the person you have been fantasying about, but now that person returns your smile, you get closer and soon touch. Just use your imagination to control your dream.
Lucid dreams are very much possible. Though the body needs to revive itself for the next day by sleeping and resting, it is possible for your mind to be partly conscious.
Lucid dreaming needs some techniques which can be learnt by some practice and patience.
A good way to start is by trying to recall your dreams. Describe the images, from your dreams as vividly as you can. You can keep a pad and pen or pencil by the bed or lounge chair. Keep them handy so you waste no time jotting down your images clearly. If you don’t remember everything, don’t worry. When the dream repeats its self and it will, you will have an opportunity to finish recording it. Do this technique with all your lucid dreams and you will have a record to use as a reference.
Lucid dreaming is a great tool for writers. You can actually dream about all the characters, the plot and the way you want your story line to move. You can use lucid dreaming for expressing all your dormant desires and manifesting them in reality.
You can sometimes continue the dream where you left off, if you wake up, recall everything you can about your dream, and go back to sleep. Lucid dreams have been found to have a pattern, so chances are you will be able to recall more each time as it reaches a conclusion to your liking.
If you wake before your normal time, let’s say you have a couple of hours to go; this is the easiest time for lucid dreaming. It may seem like you have been awake and thinking all the time, but you have actually been lucid dreaming.
With practice it will become easier each passing day. Self hypnosis is also a great way to enhance your lucid dreaming experience.
You can sometimes put your mind into the mode of lucid dreaming using other techniques, such as binaural beats, which are a recent development in sound technology. By using sound waves to put parts of the brain responsible for lucid dreaming to work to instantly put you into the lucid dream condition and help you recall lucid dreams.

No commentsIs The Law Of Attraction Really Effective?
The Law of Attraction is a universal law which states that our lives depend on our thoughts and emotions. It is a law of creation. Despite the simplicity of this law, it is difficult to understand because it differs from everything we were used to believe. Famous people like Albert Einstein and Joseph Addison knew how to use the law of attraction. Albert Einstein said that everything is energy. Experts in quantum physics claim that you are influencing everything around you. Whether you use it consciously or not, this law is constantly in action as the law of gravity.
It seems that the law of attraction works for perfectly for millions of people around the world, who can talk you for hours about miraculous changes that took place in their lives. Most of them were able to solve problems, to find love and to heal themselves. The secret lies probably in the power of autosuggestion.
Let’s find out more about how does the law of attraction work.
The first thing you need to be aware when working with the law of attraction is that we attract desirable and undesirable events according to our thoughts, words, emotions and actions. Any energy that you project is perceived by others, whether it’s about anger, hatred, joy, sadness or happiness. For example, just think about the following expression: ‘The room is full of bad vibrations’. The fact is that we release constant vibrations that are transformed into positive or negative energies. The major problem is that most of the time you’re not aware of the vibrations released. Your mind is constantly influenced by external circumstances in your life such as television news, stock markets, work problems, debts and other events. All these events affect drastically your vibration.
Start by thinking about what you really want. You must focus on what you desire and to forget about lacks. You should always read and write positive affirmations, avoiding expressions like ‘I don’t want’ or ‘I can’t have’. Your statements are detailed images that you project to the universe.
Love yourself! Love and positive thoughts attract positive energies. The easiest and most effective way to accomplish your desires is to imagine that you have already obtained the object of your desire, that it is part of your everyday life. When you want something, you should focus your thoughts and attention on it; by thinking intensely, you are emitting vibrations that attract positive things to your life.
Everything around you has a different effect on your life: books, magazines, music, people and information that feed your mind and spirit. Start doing things that make you feel relaxed. All these facts influence your way of thinking and feelings, being in fact, your messages to the universe.
Luck and bad luck doesn’t exist. You’re not a victim of life or a victim of the vengeance of a higher power, a God or gods. Only you have the ability and strength to build your own life, stone by stone, solidified by actions, faith, tenacity and perseverance.
A journal is a good tool to make you realize how many beautiful things are in your life. Amazing sunsets, birds singing, wild flowers, the laugher of a child, a walk in nature, the smile of a another person- these are all examples that melt your heart. Be grateful and enjoy everything you. Many people have lost the loved ones or don’t have the possibility to enjoy the world around them. Try to see the best part and stop thinking that something bad can happen to you.

No commentsTips For Restoring And Maintaining Church Furniture
A lot of churches have a hard time determining whether they should have their furniture refinished or restored as it begins to age. Pews and other wooden furniture are an important part of the physical soul of all churches, so regular maintenance should be done to them. For many churches, the decision to choose any type of furniture improvement can be very costly. Below are several reasons churches should consider going with furniture restoration, with a list of tips to keep their wooden furniture looking its best even when full restoration might not be an option.
Wooden furniture needs to be kept in good condition and furniture restoration ensures pews are properly maintained. When they are restored, pews look more beautiful and last longer – but church furniture restoration does take some time to complete. Refinishing simply puts the ?shine? back in your furniture. During restoration, joints are properly solidified because the furniture is disassembled.
Older church pew joints are commonly nailed together. Nailed pews tend to squeak, but the fix for squeaks is pretty simple. Disassembly of pews is required and nails are replaced with joints that are glued and screwed. Restoration is the best option for the life of your pews if they are expected to last for generations.
The best option for aged church furniture is restoration or refinishing. For all church furniture over 30 years in age, refinishing should be considered. Clothes often stick to furniture on humid days because chemicals in the original finish break down as church furniture ages.
Churches can extend the life of their pews and wooden furniture through some very simple maintenance. Most people in charge of church furniture maintenance don?t realize the benefit they can provide their pews by simply dusting frequently. Several other tips for maintaining your church furniture and preventing wear and tear are listed below.
Furniture layout inside the church is one important factor for extending its life. Keep pews and other wood furniture in good shape by protecting it from exposure to direct sunlight. Keep the wood from drying out by maintaining a consistent temperature in the worship hall.
Preventative maintenance protection is essential for extending the life of church furniture. Make sure wet umbrellas aren?t left on the surface of your furniture to prevent moisture damage. Keep your wooden furniture from extreme dry conditions and treat your pews with liquid furniture oil to keep it in great shape, also.
Choosing between furniture restoration and refinishing is difficult due to time and cost. Restoration is much more beneficial for furniture that needs to last generations. There are many easy maintenance tips churches can use to extend the life of their furniture, but it is difficult to keep wooden furniture from aging. Follow the tips listed above to keep your furniture beautiful for quite some time.
Why Global Government Is Inevitable
According to the bible, in the last days, a unified global government will rule the world. The head of this global government, the Antichrist, is one of the more infamous figures in human history, and not a single individual on the face of the earth will lie outside of his jurisdiction:
“And he was given authority to rule over every tribe and people and language and nation.” Revelation 13:7 (NLT)
This global government will emerge in our generation because current technological trends will soon make it inevitable. The catalyst for this consolidation of global political power will be the development of molecular manufacturing (MM), a revolutionary technology of unprecedented capability and strength. It’s a technology that could arrive as soon as tomorrow and almost certainly will arrive within the next decade.
Molecular Manufacturing and Geopolitical Instability
International relations since World War II have largely been shaped by the existence of nuclear weapons. Likewise, the era to come will largely be shaped by the existence of molecular manufacturing. The development of MM will have a much more significant impact than the development of atomic weapons, and the stakes will be much higher. This is because world domination could easily be achieved with the creation of molecular manufacturing.
MM is the ability to manufacture products from the bottom up, one molecule at a time, with atomic precision. The development of MM will lead to the creation of the personal nanofactory, a desktop appliance capable of creating everyday products from basic feedstock (molecules). The consequences of such a technology are so profound, they are probably beyond the ability of a single individual to comprehend.
Since a nanofactory is capable of self-replication, the first could manufacture a duplicate copy of itself. Those two then become four, become eight, and so on. As a result, this compounding capital base could create a massive and decisive military force within days. As Dr. K. Eric Drexler described in his book, Engines of Creation, “a state that makes the assembler breakthrough could rapidly create a decisive military force – if not literally overnight, then at least with unprecedented speed.”
The Circumvention of MAD
Since the Soviet Union emerged as the world’s second nuclear power in 1949, international stability has been built on the concept of Mutually Assured Destruction (MAD). The prospect of MAD has successfully prevented the eruption of World War III by making a potential military conflict between nuclear powers equally undesirable to each party involved. This has led many to believe that victory in such a conflict is unattainable. With current technology, this assumption is probably correct. However, once molecular manufacturing emerges, this will no longer be true. A MM-enabled power could easily circumvent MAD.
A nation in possession of nanofactories is capable of rapidly manufacturing and deploying billions of microscopic/macroscopic machines at relatively little cost. These machines could comb the oceans for enemy submarines and quickly disable the nuclear arsenals they carry. Similar acts of sabotage could be carried out simultaneously against land-based nuclear facilities and conventional military forces in a matter of hours, if not minutes. Rendering its enemies utterly defenseless, the MM-enabled nation could conquer at will without fear of nuclear retaliation.
The Race Toward Molecular Manufacturing
The development of molecular manufacturing opens the door for its initial user to completely dominate world affairs. A nation equipped with contemporary technology attempting to defend itself against a MM-enabled nation is akin to a small band of cavemen armed with rocks and spears attempting to overpower a modern day army.Given the stakes involved, it’s reasonable to believe multiple nations are currently in pursuit of a molecular manufacturing capability – just as Germany, Japan, and the United States covertly and simultaneously pursued the creation of an atomic bomb.
If Germany had been the first to succeed in the development of atomic weaponry, it’s almost certain that Hitler would’ve used this advantage to drive the Allied Forces from the European Continent, perhaps totally defeating the United States in the process. In contrast, the United States, as the world’s first nuclear power, could’ve used its position to prevent rival nations from acquiring the same capability. In fact, the United States could’ve used its position to create an impregnable world empire.
In similar fashion, the leading MM-enabled nation can create its own empire if it uses its initial advantage to prevent competing nation states from developing a molecular manufacturing capability of their own. However, in all probability, this is not just one of several options, but the only option. Unlike, the nuclear era, the prospect of MM proliferation is simply intolerable.
This is because of the inherent instability of an arms race between competing MM-enabled nation states. This nightmarish prospect is identified by The Center for Responsible Nanotechnology as one of the foremost dangers posed by molecular manufacturing:
“The nuclear arms race was stable for several reasons. In virtually every way, the nano-arms race will be the opposite. Nuclear weapons are hard to design, hard to build, require easily monitored testing, do indiscriminate and lasting damage, do not rapidly become obsolete, have almost no peaceful use, and are universally abhorred. Nano capability will be easy to build (given a nanofactory), will allow easily concealable testing, will be relatively easy to control and deactivate, would become obsolete very rapidly, almost every design is dual-use, and peaceful and non-lethal (police) use will be common. Nukes are easier to stockpile than to use; nano weapons are the opposite.”
CRN also agrees that a molecular manufacturing monopoly will be an attractive policy option for the nation that first develops molecular manufacturing:
“Each nation will see only a few possibilities: 1) an arms race that will probably be unwinnable since it will develop into a disastrous war; 2) developing ahead of everyone else and establishing dominance; 3) some other nation developing earlier and establishing dominance; 4) international cooperation and trust sufficient to ensure safety; 5) a multinational organization willing and able to keep the peace.”
“Option 1 is undesirable; Option 3 is probably unthinkable for any of the current large powers; Option 5 is probably unacceptable to the U.S., as the world’s sole superpower; Option 4 may be seen as unfeasible. Only one nation can succeed at Option 2. This implies that a preemptive strike option (whether military attack, or sabotage or derailment of nanotech development efforts) will appear very attractive to a number of powerful nations.”
If Option 4 were feasible, then we would have world peace now. Option 5 is only feasible if the multinational organization in question is given sufficient authority and military power to disarm and regulate the nations of the world. By definition, this would be a global government.
So, essentially, once molecular manufacturing is developed, the developing nation has two options:
1) Conquer competing nations so as to prevent them from constructing a rival MM capability.
2) Given the available options, it should come as no surprise that world domination will win out.
The Inevitability of Global Government
Once the leading MM-enabled power uses its advantage to destroy the potential molecular manufacturing capability of suspected rivals, it will then face a much tougher decision: how to go about governing the world. The leading nation will need to institute some form of a global regulatory body to insure that molecular manufacturing does not fall into the wrong hands. Only two choices seem viable:
1) Federalism – a centralized governing authority that oversees the entire world population.
2) Confederation – a loosely associated collection of states who work together to administer world government.
Option 2 would still require a leading authority to maintain a monopoly on molecular manufacturing and extinguish any attempts to create a rival power – whether that power be a nation, a group, or an individual. As a result, both options inevitably lead to a centralized global government – a global government that must maintain constant vigilance toward the possible threat of an emerging power. This constant vigilance will require continuous global surveillance.
A Surveillance Society
Imagine a scenario in which a single individual in possession of unrestricted technology and resources could conquer the entire world. This will be our world in the era of molecular manufacturing. With such high stakes and an almost infinite number of potential threats, the world population will require some means of defense. And that defense will require around-the-clock, ever-present surveillance of the world at large.
A system of safeguards will have to be constructed in order to prevent emerging nation states, terrorist groups, and individuals from breaching the peace. A single global government will go a long way toward eliminating military conflict, as there will be only one military power with a unified purpose. However, in the era of molecular manufacturing, competing militaries could rise quickly, and to prevent a loss of its governing monopoly, a global government will have to deploy unprecedented measures.
This surveillance could be “god-like” in scope – seeing everything, hearing everything, and knowing everything. Imagine “nanodust” – nanoscale cameras and listening devices as plentiful and as difficult to remove as common, everyday dust. MM will enable the construction of trillions of these sophisticated devices at negligible cost.
Outfitted with advanced artificial intelligence software, these devices could sift through continuous video and audio feeds, searching for predetermined patterns indicative of what the state believes to be “aberrant” behavior. This isn’t difficult to imagine. Similar pattern recognition technologies are already in widespread use. MM can simply extend these applications to encompass all speech and actions on the face of the earth.
With the need for constant vigilance against any potential emerging MM powers, global surveillance will have to be administered on some sort global level, meaning that a final global authority for resolving and enforcing international disputes must emerge. This is why global government is inevitable.
Why All This Is Relevant
Okay, so global government is imminent and inevitable. What’s the big deal, you ask? The reason this is such a big deal is revealed in the bible. Centuries ago, the bible predicted that a global government would arise in the last days, just prior to . And this global government will only appear on the world scene in parallel with the Antichrist, so we can’t speculate that it will exist for an undetermined time period before he appears:
“His ten horns are ten kings who have not yet risen to power; they will be appointed to their kingdoms for one brief moment to reign with the beast. They will all agree to give their power and authority to him.” Revelation 17:12-13 (NLT)
Global government comes about as a direct result of ten kings freely providing their power and authority to a centralized global government. The establishment of this global government, and the rise of the Antichrist to administer it, is a monumental sign which heralds the soon return of Jesus Christ to establish His Kingdom on Earth.
The apostle Paul cited the appearance of the Antichrist as a necessary precondition for the “day of the Lord”:
“Now, dear brothers and sisters, let us clarify some things about the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and how we will be gathered to meet him. Don’t be so easily shaken or alarmed by those who say that the day of the Lord has already begun. Don’t believe them, even if they claim to have had a spiritual vision, a revelation, or a letter supposedly from us. Don’t be fooled by what they say. For that day will not come until there is a great rebellion against God and the man of lawlessness is revealed – the one who brings destruction.” 2 Thessalonians 2:1-3 (NLT)
Conclusion
Although the “day of the Lord” (i.e., the glorious appearing of Jesus Christ) will not occur until the man of lawlessness (the Antichrist) is revealed, the same is not true for the rapture of the church, an imminent event which can occur at any moment. The short timeframe for the development of molecular manufacturing and the inevitable global government that will follow it reveal that the “day of the Lord” is close at hand.
Since the bible reveals that the rapture of the church will occur at least seven years before the glorious appearing, we can be certain that the rapture is even closer. In fact, just like molecular manufacturing, the rapture is imminent. Therefore, as good servants of Jesus Christ, we should be ever watchful, faithfully tending to our duties here on earth. For our Lord will return at a moment when He’s least expected, and that moment will occur in our generation.
May He find us abundant with joy and overflowing with the Holy Spirit when He returns.
